Double-click the MT4 (MT5) icon in the programme list to start it up.

Download the report.

[Select a save location from the Save As window and click Save to download the transaction report.

At this point, it is possible to change the file name, if necessary.

How to read the annual transaction report

It's all in English, so you may be oohed and aahed at first, but it's not difficult to follow and you just need to remember where to look.

The account number, name, account currency and leverage are at the top of the first page.

When using the report, always check the account number before viewing the contents.

Closed Transactions

Working Orders

List of orders that are currently on order and have not yet been executed.

Summary (account details)

It contains information on balances, effective margin, fixed gains/losses, unrealised gains/losses, etc. It is the most important part of the annual trading report.
