Access the XM login page.

Select [Transfer funds] from the menu on the screen.

Select the account ID of the fund transfer destination (fund transfer destination) and the amount of the deposit.

When you click [Transfer funds], the screen [Transfer funds between accounts] appears, as shown in the picture above.

Enter the [Deposit account ID (account number)] and [Deposit amount (JPY)] of the funds transfer destination and click [Submit request].

If there are no problems with the content, the message [Request successfully executed] will be displayed. You will also receive an email from XM at the same time [Notice regarding internal remittance].

This completes the transfer of funds between XM accounts.

Minimum fund transfer amount is 500 yen.

The first thing to note is that [the minimum fund transfer amount is 500].

As shown in the image above, if you enter a deposit amount of less than 500 JPY, you will receive a warning [Minimum deposit is 500 JPY].

The minimum amount of funds to be transferred is 5 USD if the source of funds is a USD account or 5 EUR if the source of funds is a EUR account.

Transferring funds between accounts with different base currencies incurs a fee.

The fourth point to note is that [a fee is charged for transferring funds between accounts with different base currencies].

When funds are transferred between accounts at XM, no fees are normally charged.

On the other hand, an exchange fee of 0.31 TP4T is charged if the base currency of the source and destination currencies are different. This is particularly important if you plan to move large amounts of money.

Funds transfers between accounts with different base currencies are exchanged according to the ECB (European Central Bank / European Central Bank) exchange rate.

Only transfer of funds between the same account/activated accounts is possible.

The second point to note is that [only funds can be transferred between the same account and activated accounts].

XM prohibits money transfers to accounts in the name of another person or to accounts that have not been activated.
